STRESS MANAGEMENT (7/14 DAYS PACKAGE)

In this stressful, over-busy and toxic world, our natural health is masked by the accumulation of impurities. These impurities or toxins causes deterioration of normal body functioning. This therapy can revitalize senses, detoxify the body, restore good health and young look and even increase resistance to diseases.

This Rejuvenation treatment includes synchronized body massages with medicinal oil and cream, medicated steam bath and medicines.

This treatment lasts for seven to fourteen days and consists of Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Lepanam, and Rejuvenation massage, along with a restricted Ayurvedic diet regimen and yoga and meditation to maintain the stability and vitality of your body, mind, and soul.

Panchakarma is Ayurveda's one of the ancient and important purification and detoxification treatments. In Sanskrit, the word 'Panchakarma literally means "five therapies", which suggests that it is a comprehensive system of knowledge and practices to purify the body of toxins and restore it to balance. The five therapeutic means of eliminating toxins from the body, which constitute the Panchakarma, are Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. The therapies deal with stress related problems and the toxins that are triggering ailments and these treatments concentrate on creating a balance between the doshas. Panchakarma is a highly effective therapy, if the person follow a special detoxification diet, along with the treatments.

This programme offer to slow down the ageing processes in the body, to put a stop to the degeneration of the body cells and to strengthen the body immune defense system.

The main aspect of this package involves taking Rasayanas and purifying the body and making it Sweat readily [ Panchakarma and Sweda Karma]
