1. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the payment through our website or via a secure payment link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Domestic & International)
  • Net Banking / UPI (where applicable)
  • Secure Payment Links issued by our authorized team

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.


3. Payment Links (Remote Transactions)

  • Payment links may be shared via email, SMS, or messaging platforms.
  • You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of the payment link before making payment.
  • Payments made via links are treated as authorized transactions and cannot be disputed as “unauthorized” once successfully processed.
  • We are not liable for payments made to fraudulent or tampered links not issued by us.

4. International Payments & Currency Conversion

  • Payments made using international cards may be processed in INR or foreign currency, depending on the gateway.
  • Your bank/card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) may apply:
    • Currency conversion charges
    • Cross-border transaction fees
  • Exchange rates are determined by the issuing bank or card network at the time of processing.
  • Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable foreign exchange regulations, including those under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), where applicable.

5. Pricing & Fare Rules

  • All bookings are subject to availability and fare rules of airlines and service providers.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and ticket issuance is completed.

6. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after:
    • Successful payment, and
    • Issuance of a valid PNR/e-ticket
  • Payment alone does not guarantee ticket confirmation.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Refunds are subject to airline fare rules and supplier policies.
  • Service charges, payment gateway fees, and forex charges may be non-refundable.
  • Refunds for international card payments may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Processing time: typically 7–21 working days (may vary depending on banks and international processors).

8. Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • For certain transactions (especially international or high-value), we may request:
    • Passport copy
    • Cardholder authorization form
    • Proof of identity
  • Failure to provide required documents may result in cancellation and refund (after applicable deductions).

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback must be supported with valid documentation.
  • Transactions completed via authenticated payment links or verified cards will be treated as valid.
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to legal action and blacklisting.

10. Failed / Declined Transactions

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, it will be refunded automatically by the bank/payment gateway as per their timelines.
  • Please avoid duplicate payments without confirming the status.

11. Security & Data Protection

  • We do not store your card details.
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
  • While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for breaches beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary for travel services (airlines, hotels, etc.) and are not liable for:

  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Service deficiencies by third parties
  • Losses arising due to circumstances beyond our control

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram.
