Day 1: Arrival Colombo

Welcome to Colombo, the capital of Srilanka. On arrival after completing the immigration formalities you would be met by our airport representative/driver and drive to Bentota. The drive to Bentota is around 2 hours. Check into the hotel and relax.

Bentota plays host to various water sport activities, check with your hotel to find something suitable for you.

Day 2 : Bentota - Visit to Turtle Hatchery - Madhu River boat ride

Breakfast at the hotel,proceed to visit a Turtle Hatchery where one can experience the wonder of seeing turtles swimming in small man made ponds,visit places where Turtles have laid their eggs and generally assist in the conservation of this beautiful species.

Later proceed for a Madhu river boat ride which  takes you on a boat safari through the primitive depths of the mangrove marshes in Madu River. Traverse the dark and dangerous caverns formed by the thick mangrove forests; interspersed with bright open stretches of water. Learn more about mangroves and their positive effect on ecology. Get a chance to see crocodiles, water snakes, tree snakes and wild boars in their natural habitat. Watch the cormorants; storks and many other avianlife hunt for their prey in swift flow of Madu River. View the pots for catching prawn and shrimp left in some of the shallower areas of the river.

Later proceed back to your hotel in Bentota.

Day 3 : Colombo - Colombo city tour and shopping

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Colombo. Check into your hotel and relax. Later proceed for a city tour of Colombo and shopping. During your shopping tours you will have a opportunity to check and buy precious gems which Colombo is famous for and also buy the world famous Ceylon tea.

Day 4 - Departure Colombo

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the airport to board your flight back home.
